Research Interests
Medieval studies, ancient Ukrainian literature, connection between the book culture of Kyivan Rus’ and formation of Ukrainian statehood, Shevchenko studies, the phenomenon of Taras Shevchenko in the global cultural context, literature from the 19th to the 21st centuries, and the relationship between literature, socio-political thought, and state-building processes.
